Our all women team at Madiluu is ready to serve you! Together they bring the required expertise in medicine, midwifery, administration, education, entrepreneurship, and passion to revolutionize a new integrative model in maternity care.

Each of these women’s unique birth and professional experiences inspired the creation of Madiluu’s distinctive model of care, which blends the best of midwifery with in-house obstetrics to offer comprehensive prenatal, birth, and postpartum care services, all under one roof.

Kalpana Mahabalesh

Obstetrician

Dr. Kalpana is a practising obstetrician and gynaecologist with 23 years of experience with an area of interest in high risk pregnancy, infertility and preconception counselling. She believes that childbirth is a normal physiological event which is mostly forgotten in today's maternal health care system. Her aim is to collaborate with midwives and create an integrated model of care for women where they get the experience of a normal gentle birth but also have the safety net of an obstetric team right around the corner in case of an emergency.

Hareni Priya V S

Naturopath Doctor

Dr. Hareni, from Neyveli, Tamil Nadu, is a graduate of the JSS Institute of Naturopathic Yogic Science in Coimbatore. Her interest in working at birth centers led her to discover Madiluu. Hareni specializes in prenatal and postnatal fitness classes and is currently training as a student midwife, continuously expanding her knowledge and expertise in the field.

Kashamma Narage

Nurse

Kashamma (aka Kashi), the youngest member of our team, recently graduated from Suleiman College of Nursing. Hailing from Kalaburgi, Karnataka, she is new to Bangalore and eager to make her mark. Since joining us, Kashi has shown a keen interest in learning more about the midwifery model of care and is dedicated to developing her skills in this area.

Pallavi

Facilities Manager

Pallavi is a dynamic and proactive member of our team, known for always being two steps ahead. With her extensive experience with key members of our clinical team, she ensures that everything is stocked and prepared for any situation. Our team relies on Pallavi's keen organizational skills and her ability to keep things running smoothly.

Our Facilities

Madiluu Birth Centre blends midwifery and obstetrics to ensure every mother has the best possible birth experience. Our facility features five cozy birthing suites, lovingly named after native Indian flowers: Hibiscus, Indigo, Palash, Mogra, and Cassia. We also provide two water birth tubs, a prenatal clinic, an operating room, recovery and triage rooms, and a Level 1 NICU. With our comprehensive services, we are dedicated to creating a safe, sacred, and special childbirth experience designed for your unique needs.

Madiluu's Consultation Rooms are unlike any hospital room. Designed to be cosy and comfortable for the whole family. Here you can relax and spend time getting to know your care team, ask all your questions and get ready for birth. The photo shows a queen size bed with lots of cushions. The flooring is warm wood and a fluffy carpet.
